if you love napolian pizza, the place is perfect for you. the crust is crispy outside and light inside, not floury at all. the oven heat is well balanced. the lasagna is a must-try too!

Simply some of the best Pizza in the world. I have frequented many of the Pizzerias on the 50 top Pizza list, both Asia and Europe, and this is my favourite. The dough is sublime, an amazing crumb with a delicious rustic yet subtle, semolina flavour. The sauce is quality san marzano tomato with a great texture, and the mozzarella is delicious too. A must visit in Toledo!

I was there on a hot and busy Sunday in Toledo! It was great! I asked for a recommendation, and the friendly Italian owner recommended the fresh lasagna. He gave me some warm, fresh bread with it. For dessert, he recommended some kind of pistachio dessert, which was yummy! (If you read this, please reply with the name.) This guy is awesome. You should visit!

This was, genuinely, the best Focaccia I've ever had (Mortadella+Mozzarella). The pizza dough was the best I've ever tried, better than anywhere I've ever been in Italy, including Napoli. I was drawn by the super high reviews and I am very happy to say they are totally deserved. Excellent!!! The owner was SO NICE and grateful when we thanked him. Precious.

The phenomenal pizza at this hole-in-the-wall eatery is comparable to the best pizza I have had in casual, family-run establishments in Italy. The Italian owner is a one man army that cooks and serves all of the customers himself. All of the dough, cheese and meats are freshly prepared and cut by the owner right in front of you. I was a bit worried regarding the amount of time we would need to wait considering that the owner was doing everything himself, but the food was ready in a reasonable amount of time. My younger teenage son is a very picky eater, and he gave the Margherita a two thumbs up. My older teenage son loved the 4 Formaggi, and I loved the La Focacceria. You should not eat anywhere else in Toledo if you are traveling with children.- Comida

This was the best pizza, focaccia & saltimbocca we’ve ever had. Everything is handmade fresh and very delicious. No real words to express how good this place is. The owners are also very nice and love to talk about how they make the food. They are from Napoli and are vertigo nice. Highly recommended.

Absolutely superb pizza. So good it has sparked a debate amongst us to where this rates in our lifetime pizzas. Lovely ingredients.. superb base and sauce. They mastered the basics. To top a wonderful lunch, the real Neopolitans running the restaurant were lovely people and fully accommodating picky children.
